Reasons to love it, and reasons not to

The location is perfect, just steps away from the main square, and the staff goes above and beyond, offering warm hospitality and a delicious breakfast every morning.

While the jacuzzi was appealing, it was dusty and outdated. The hot water issues were frustrating, and our bathroom was too basic for the room's price.

Location: the hotel was really close to the historical town centre and Machu Picchu and bustling Cuzco. I had a reasonably large and brand-new room complete with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe. The staff were hard-working and professional and knew the area.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to several major attractions. The charming decor. I particularly loved the delicious breakfast they offered, which was definitely the highlight of my mornings. The noise from the nearby street was quite noticeable, making it hard to get a restful night’s sleep.
